state. One of the

purposes.

state. It in many

Let's start

the
formation
of
people
entrusted to us is in
stable
state. But it only in
our opinion. Actually there are certain
external
processes, which to
us as
to
professional
managers
complicate life. In a case with my motor-works it can
be and intrigues
of
competitors
which unscrupulously reduce the price for production.
Or it is even more interesting, for example, decrease of customs duties on
import automobiles. Now not essence of an affair, what
processes, it is
important
to
fathom, that for me as factory managers « my

factors
grows. Naturally, I
can
influence
any

on the
basis of
my
reasonings
concerning
the
reasons
of the
crisis
phenomena, that
PROBLEMS

in the category
of the
purposes
and that can be worse,
become
problems.
That to my
production
of
automobiles
to not get in such
difficult
state, I as the wise
chief, am compelled
to
invest
constantly
a part
arrived
to
evolution
of
knowledge
and
to
control
a
level
of
competence
of the
employees
even on
key
posts
of
production.
Naturally,
from the point of view of
economy, the sharing
is more common
than the
earned
cake sometimes
it
appears
a
uneasy
problem
as for
the
company
there are some
competitive
processes
and all of them
are
vital
for without problem
operation
and
evolution
of
firm. But about it we shall talk somehow
another time and in other article.
So, it were
theoretical
preconditions
which
main
thesis
is
maintaining
at the given
level
of the
average
competence
of the
company. Now let's the same
argue
on
practice. So that it
is necessary to do to not get in bad situations.
First of
all, it is necessary to answer to itself a question, and whether there is in my
company
a corresponding
service
which

monitoring

competent"
state
of
firm
and
the
warning
of
possible
crises. Stop. It not

cost-saving
of
production,
increase
of an
average level
of
competence
of
employees
of the company,
research
of
needs
of the
markets
both short-term, and long-term, constant
re-structuring
of
management
is necessary from the point of view of
increase
of a
management efficiency,
re-structuring
of
production
from the point of view of
a
cost-saving, increase
of the
responsibility
for success of an affair of all employees (including
instruction
and
self-training).
