The prototype of this system I tried to create in proud loneliness. The result was obvious to me from the very beginning is a failure. The reason is simple. Similar program complexes do not form by single programmers (even prototypes and even if the programmer is ingenious).

I, the truth, guilty business hoped to find during operation of sponsors. But has failed and in this undertaking (if I extracted petroleum, it would be other business). Operations should be stopped. However this my moaning relates only to my attempt of creation of the ready product, and in any way to the idea which I think progressive and perspective.

Actually, development of substantive provisions of this technology was for me result of the analysis of external inquiry about software engineering.

Unfortunately, my customer could not fulfil writing of a requirement specification independently. There was no competence. However the central idea in a work cycle at solution of any problems of me has carried away. I have decided to make itself setting of the task and to realize it in life (to program). From the software for me already remained nothing. And I shall write setting of the task in this article. To tell the truth, in shorthand form.

As always I shall draw diagrams. It seems to me, that with the help of figures it is easier to understand itself that you try to explain to other person. Moreover, I try in the articles (on a site) to not result very detailed discussion of all aspects of my ideas (as the Internet site requires that the quantity of the text within the framework of one article was limited). And figures hardly help at the limitations placed on sizes of texts, at discussion of a problem.

Certainly, I can create a new web resource in which limitations on a size of texts (this request would be removed is a part of the represented setting of the task). Purely, for this reason (creation of a new scroll box) I tried to create the prototype of a site on the technology described in this article. Mea culpa, forces have not sufficed. But all - will suffice to be depressed, it is time to return to the essential of our discussion.

We shall begin our approximation to that I would like to program, with discussion of general provisions on how the person decides any problem. And, let's look at my first figure. Perhaps, it will seem to you difficult, but, believe, it only the first impressions.

As a result of solution of partial problems the global purpose will be achieved. So conquest of space by the person, for example, started.

In my figure the technology of solution only one problem (Problem Decision) is schematic represented. But nobody prevents to transform this scheme on solution complex and challenge problem.

Each expert in the joint scheme of decisionmaking has own opinion (Expert opinion X). It is obvious. However opinions can coincide, coincide in part or not coincide. It is possible to deliver numerical estimations according to a hit rate of understanding of a problem. Hereinafter them it is necessary to use as a metric of relevance of understanding at and during solution of a problem.

But right at the beginning of discussion of a problem we can not know it. For this purpose we should discuss opinions of experts (even opinion one another). Thus it is not necessary, that members of advisory council will participate in discussion only. It can be the involved indirect experts.

In result, opinion of each expert will be levelled, and be adjusted in accordance with understanding of a problem other experts (will form some kind of a uniform map of solution of a problem).

At discussion (in general that - any human discussion) to us is necessary to be determined with uniform terminology. And differently the result will be same, as at construction of the Babel tower. And so, that our solution was adequate for each expert and the performer, the terminological knowledge base is necessary. It is simple. The list of terms, including composite, their decryption and clarifications of experts (the matter is that in due course interpretation of the term can vary and these changes should be displayed in the system of decisionmaking).

Naturally, during discussion extends not only the list of terms with which it is possible to describe a discussed problem, but also definition of the concrete term is specified. And, the we discuss definition of the term more, the it will be more exact to correspond at present to representation of the concrete expert.

Only it is not necessary to think, that each time at discussion of a new problem we should form anew a terminological knowledge base (Terminological base). For any field of activity of the person (it is possible to write for concrete sort of business more precisely) the similar knowledge base of terms is formed practically once. Hereinafter it simply is specified and extends.

I have not without reason drawn in the scheme usage of a priori experience (Aprioristic experience). And the subsequent experience (Subsequent experience) will be already important at solution of similar problems hereafter. Actually, the previous and subsequent experience, in effect, represent a history of decisionmaking. In my diagram there is no time scale, but it can be drawn safely.

As a result of discussion we shall receive some directions of solution of our problem. These concrete directions of solution of a problem can be generalized, eventually. And it to allow to generate base of templates - patterns (so, for example, it is arranged the case legal system).

Templates (Pattern) play the important role in human life. I shall not write that such NLP and on the basis of that it is created. I shall simply remind you only that the simple campaign in shop is created on the basis of templates. In case of shop is simply the list of purchases and the budget allocated on it (it is natural, in each concrete case this the template is specified depending on a situation). In result we receive not only solution of a current problem, but also the specified patterns of solution of similar problems hereafter.

I am the supporter of development of the computer network the Internet, as commercial basis for development of services under the lease of the software and the information base of globalization of economic. Therefore my setting of the task will be fulfilled on the basis the Internet solution (without the instruction of concrete tools).

Today already there is a plenty web resources which main assignment is the help in solution of those or other problems.

Can look for an example at my web resource. A good sample of discussion of solutions on problems in management by one expert on the basis of static texts. It is the first type of information objects - static articles (Articles) - or detailed researches. And they can be published by different authors.

The second resource type, intended for the problems solution, are specialized conferences or static discussions (Reviewing). As a rule, such discussions can (and should have) a tree structure. It is already obvious from operating experience of web conferences existing. The tree structure allows to form a chain of discussions not only within the framework of solution of a problem, but also on a single plant of the expert. Naturally, it is necessary to limit depth of possible nestings. In my opinion, there are enough 3-5 levels of hierarchy.

The third type - chats (Dialogue). In a reality it is better to use not the technology of chats, but the technology of exchange of instant messages. It is more convenient. As allows to reduce load by any expert at discussion of a problem in real-time mode.

Very simply. The expert does not wait the answer to the plant, and is notified that answers to its plant are generated. It is more convenient and more effective and more correct. It is more in case that the expert expects opinion of several opponents. As the expert forms the opinion not on a basis only the first plant, but on the basis of all acted plants. Believe me, the opinion of the expert can differ hardly if it is formed with allowance for distributed in time or lumpsum parsed plants.

The following moment - retrieval possibilities. Today they are supported at two technological levels - internal retrieval possibilities and external retrieval systems (for example, Google.com, Yandex.ru, Yahoo.com, Msn.com and to that similar).

External retrieval systems it is possible to use as an analytical basis at a priori researches of a problem. Also existing retrieval systems should be involved for a concrete definition in solution of a problem (search of suppliers, technologies, products, services and so on). It is not necessary to forget and about the commercial side of the project. Without correct usage of external retrieval systems it is impossible to create the big traffic (a plenty of visitings) on the given resource.

Internal retrieval possibilities are intended for simplification of operation of experts. I hope, that this fact is for you obvious and to discuss here there is nothing.

Now let's talk about that and that I offer to add in these schemes.

The first is a terminological knowledge base. And it should be contextually dependent. That is the software should in the automatic mode in the text find terms and automatically place on them references. The terminological knowledge base will consist of three parts. It - word forms, definitions and discussions. Word forms this keyword (or a set of key forms) which are formed at usage of various language rules. Three obvious additives which are not present in my figure. It is a support system of safety of histories and versions in discussions, the system of user's rights (the system of administration) and a protection system of the information. Today this functionality is part of all corporate intelligence systems, and I shall not discuss them.

The last additive.

I understand, that the similar resource should produce a profit for its master. I have added in this scheme still contextually dependent advertising. Actually it is a commercial part of the specialized directory of manufacturers, the goods, services or still something.

Actually, it is a surface part of an iceberg under the name a concrete definition of sentence (on the goods, services, the companies). It is necessary at a stage of solution of a problem. Certainly, we can take advantage of already existing specialized resources. But it is not always convenient. As we cannot rank participants of the independent directories (for example, on reliability, on partner discipline and so on). And in the own system we can make it. In result, we shall receive the list of manufacturers ranked according to experts' reports.

In my test software (a web site) it has been realized: static articles, search, discussions, terminology with support of discussion, the directory with support of ranking. There were no analysts, a chat and it is a lot of still that.

My personal initiative it already the second attempt to create something similar. The first attempt has been undertaken for implementation of the similar project within the framework of corporate web site of the large company in which I worked.
