One interesting thought does not give me of rest. Researches of the big tragedies in a history of mankind results in the conclusion, that long before the culmination of catastrophe events which obviously specified a possible trouble always took place. And the person is permanently tormented by a question - as so happened, that there were obvious warnings about tragedy, and people of them have not noticed. It was is realized whether or not? Whether and so already all is simple? I very much would like with you about it to talk (to be exact about it to write) right now. The it is interesting to me to research a problem of warning of catastrophes with the help of such tool as business transaction more. My supposition simple enough - all most significant catastrophes in a history of mankind have system character. And for everything, that has system character it is possible to construct mathematical model. And any events having system character, should have the certain legitimacies. Knowing these legitimacies it is possible to warn system catastrophes (even to avoid numerous victims). As the tool of researches of system catastrophes I plan to use model of management of end results (MERA). As it strange sounds in this context. But it is the fact - Titanic has sunk also Chernobyl has blown up. Actually, any catastrophe (especially technogenic) it is possible to present a unit who is intended for processing the certain social orders as business. And for anyone business unit is the characteristic of an accident rate (look Bobrovnikov's diagram) which depends on other parameters (not only depends, but also it can be controlled - for example, social motivation). I very much want to write about it the article. However it is not necessary to advance time. Before to start to apply the tool in a real life of it it is necessary to study well. Than we now shall attend. And we still shall have time to reach a problem of catastrophes (I hope). While I shall write about a role and a place of computer science and the Internet in management business processes. It not that my vital career is connected to the software and a wide-area network. The matter is that the information is a skeleton in operation of anyone business unit. The history of development of computer science and the Internet is some kind of evolution of systems management. I have devoted this phenomenon the article: System interrelation between re-structuring of management and progress in information technologies. However in this article the question will be a role and a place of computer science and the Internet in model of management by end results of activity. First of all I shall try to prove Bobrovnikov's principle about a role and a place of information technologies in real business. It sounds so: usage of information technologies in business is necessary, but a unsufficient condition of increase of competitiveness of business. Easier this principle can be formulated as follows. That business was competitive, it should use information technologies actively. Otherwise competitiveness of business is reduced. However only usage of information technologies as in business is not enough means of increase of competitiveness that business was successful. I shall prove it on the analysis of development of computer science and the Internet from the point of view of the denotation of sign information technologies in this or that period. Perhaps, the most interesting conclusion will be that fact that, tendencies of development of computer science and the Internet of technologies have opposite to trend from the point of view of development of processes of systematization business transactions. In this article there will be some diagrams. I hope, it will not frighten you. I already offered some system of an estimation of activity of the company on the basis of characteristics of information (program) complexes with usage of concept business transaction. It can be read in the article: System interrelation between re-structuring of management and progress in information technologies. In a basis of the reasonings for this article I have put evolution of information technologies as constituent business processes in the companies. To do the detailed analysis of inspected parameters I shall not be. Now, me as the contributor of processes tendencies and general provisions (by the way on the basis of which it is possible to design real settlement parameters and criteria) will interest only. First of all, let's analyze computer science business unit with allowance for specificities of the functional components of its management system.
It is natural, that inside business unit (Business Unity) is automated on basis ERP systems (or systems of automation of management of primary activity of the enterprise). The system of motivation (Motivation) is strongly connected to accounting and financial programs. As accounting and financial reports are for community of people a crandle motivations (tax policy) and a control of activity of firm (recommendation GAAP, for example). On an input and an output of business unit are CRM systems. As interaction with the client of the company starts on an input of business unit (Social inquiry) - the social order is formed. On an output the client receives a ready product (Ready product) - satisfaction of the social order. Sense to divide CRM systems on source and target is not present, as, as a rule, the big corporations release a wide range of production. And to overlook about guarantee and a post warranty service too does not stand. Below business unit - there where I have drawn resources (Resources) - there are information systems on documentary logistics. Certainly, partly similar blocks enter in ERP systems. But today the tendency on carrying out of these systems in independent disciplines in the software was already scheduled. Now we shall talk about historical tendencies of development of systems of automation of management (the software - Business automation). Most socially significant factor in concept business unit is motivation. Accordingly first "swallows" in the software market accounting and financial programs (Accounts and finance) have appeared.
The following logical step in development of program complexes became a stage of automation of management of the basic processes in the company - ERP systems. The reason is simple, the system of motivation required an increasing management efficiency the company as a whole, including production and sales. Further according to Bobrovnikov's theory about constant deprecication business transaction follows development CRM systems. It it is no wonder. As today the companies are very much interested in deprecication of engaging of clients. And to increase efficiency of transformation of the potential client in the real client it is possible only through detailed knowledge of a history on interaction with the client (and is even exacter - to complete observance of requests of the client concerning production). The cool term - extirpation for the client today has appeared. It is interesting. At a leisure it is possible to have fun, having made the analysis how the world was changed on the basis of changes in technologies of engaging of clients. To start it is necessary from barrackings on a market square, and to complete stands contextually dependent advertising. Mea culpa. I in any way about it shall not be going to write the article, to add it more precisely. Logistics (Logistic systems is a business of the future or if want, this business processes of globalization of economy. Until we use local concepts of logistics, the availability of logistics systems is not so important for us. And at usage of global traffic flows (documentary streams) or multimodal technologies is assumes importance. There is one more aspect because of which logistics systems have no a wide circulation. It occurs partly that the logistics is part ERP of systems, and quite copes with tasks in view of maintenance by resources of production. At such solution there is no necessity for creation of separate logistics systems. The following logical evolution of information systems is received: accounting systems - ERP - CRM - Logistic. All is correct, the sequence of development of software products is in direct relation to a social significance of decided problems. From construction of carriages before creation of global commercial networks and transnational corporations. And Internet all occurs to the Internet on the contrary. Or evolution of development of systems of automation of business occurs in other order. It is stipulated, first of all, confidence of the population to a wide-area network and the second factor - readiness of business as a whole to pay the lease of the software. It is natural, that for the ultimate user cost of the leased software is much lower, than introduction of the own software. But the quantity of consumers is important for the service provider (the leased software), differently as to it to supply profitability of business. Yes notebooks in cost of 100 US dollars are well! The mentioned two factors cannot be considered separately. They depend from each other and are subject to a principle of uncertainty (notorious). That is, product of confidence to the system on potential possibility of its purchase more or is equal the certain value. It means, that that we have started to acquire on hire basis the software it is necessary to increase a degree of confidence to it, but reaching of this purpose does not mean a mandatory purchase. Here there is one more reef. Increase of confidence causes effect of rise in price of the system and consequently loses consumer attractiveness. But process of introduction of global information technologies goes. Otherwise cannot be, as the law of the big numbers works. We have distracted, so. The first systems introduced in the Internet, were systems of B2C class (business for clients). Internet - shops are the best to a volume proofs. B2C solutions can be considered as clone CRM. The first profitable business in the Internet has appeared prosaically simple is an advertising. But, partly, we can consider advertising as one of directions in the system of engaging of clients.
Systems of B2B class (business for business) have further followed. Began all from documentary logistics. Specialized catalogues, both manufacturers, and the goods, have very fast appeared in the network. The following corporate solution on area ERP systems became usages B2B systems as information channels at automation of management by primary activity. As a rule, while it occurs only in part and within the framework of holding companies. But who knows, than this stage of development of these systems will be completed. The last class of the heaviest and slow systems is G2B (government for business) and G2C (government for the citizen). Process of introduction of governmental systems is a question of transparency of business as such. The less than information which should be hidden from both parties, the than solution will be more interesting. It is an immemorial vital question - a parity of an authority and the citizen. As a result of such simple speculations for me the interesting conclusion which consists that from within business unit is automated in direct relation to importance of social functions in business was received. And outside business unit automation goes upside-down. The most interesting question consists in that and what will be when these tendencies will be united? Now it is possible while to speak about actual social sharing the function of information systems in relation to business. That part which concerns management of processes are internal functions of business unit which are subject to a rigid control.
